Park Rapids Youth Hockey

What:  Four-person, Scrable Format, Golf Tournament

When:  July 29th, 2011

• Registraion begins at 12 noon, Shotgun Start at 1pm

Where:  Blueberrry Pines Golf Course, Menahga, MN

• Call (218) 564-4653 to Register for Golf

Cost:  $400 per Team, $100 per Individual

• Includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart and lunch following the tournament.  You may sign up your specific team members on the day of the event.  Mulligans will be available to purchase as an option the day of the event.
